General Questions

How long does it take to build a website?

Typical timelines are 4-6 weeks for a Professional website, 6-10 weeks for Premium, and 8-16 weeks for Custom Development. Timelines depend on project complexity, content readiness, and feedback speed.

How much does a website cost?

Our Professional tier starts at $3,500, Premium at $7,500, and Custom Development at $15,000. Final pricing depends on your specific requirements. We provide detailed quotes after our discovery call.

Do you work with clients outside Curaçao?

Absolutely. We work with clients across the Caribbean, Netherlands, and internationally. We use video calls, WhatsApp, and email to collaborate effectively regardless of location.

What platforms do you build on?

We primarily build on WordPress with Elementor Pro. This gives you a powerful, flexible website that you can easily manage yourself. For projects requiring custom functionality, we extend WordPress with PHP, JavaScript, and API integrations.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes! We build with Elementor Pro’s visual editor, which makes it easy to update text, images, and content without coding. We also provide training and documentation so you’re confident managing your site.

Design & Development

Do you use templates?

No. Every website we build is custom-designed for your brand and business. We don’t use pre-made templates. Your website will be unique to you.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. We test across phones, tablets, and desktops to ensure a perfect experience everywhere.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes, we offer managed WordPress hosting starting at $50/month. This includes SSL, daily backups, CDN, and 99.9% uptime guarantee. You can also use your own hosting if preferred.

Can you integrate booking systems or payment gateways?

Yes. We integrate booking engines, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other third-party services. This is included in our Premium and Custom tiers.

Do you offer multilingual websites?

Yes. We can build multilingual websites in English, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, and other languages. This is especially useful for tourism businesses serving international visitors.

SEO & Performance

Will my website be optimized for search engines?

Yes. Every website includes SEO foundation setup: proper site structure, meta tags, schema markup, fast loading speeds, and mobile optimization. For ongoing SEO services, we offer monthly SEO packages.

How fast will my website load?

We optimize every website for speed. Typical load times are under 3 seconds. We use performance best practices including image optimization, caching, CDN, and clean code.

Process & Support

What do you need from me to start?

We’ll need your logo, brand guidelines (if available), content (text and images), and access to your domain/hosting if you have them. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything ready — we’ll guide you through the process.

What kind of support do you provide after launch?

Every project includes post-launch support (30-90 days depending on tier). This covers bug fixes, minor adjustments, and technical support. For ongoing needs, we offer maintenance packages starting at $150/month.

How do we communicate during the project?

We use email, WhatsApp, and video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) depending on your preference. You’ll have regular check-ins and a staging server to review progress throughout the project.

What if I need changes after the website is launched?

Minor changes are covered during your post-launch support period. For ongoing updates, you can either make them yourself (we’ll train you) or hire us for additional work at our hourly rate. Many clients choose our maintenance packages for peace of mind.
